ORLANDO (CBSMiami/AP) — A 12-year-old Florida boy faces an attempted murder charge after allegedly chasing a man and shooting at him multiple times in Orlando.
Authorities say the 25-year-old man wasn’t hurt in the shooting late Thursday.
Officers found the 12-year-old after setting up a perimeter where the man reported he had been chased. Police say several shell casings and a stolen gun were found in nearby bushes.
The boy also faces a charge of grand theft of a firearm. Police say he is cooperating with investigators.
